FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When to Arrive (Whether Online or In-Person)?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in and prepare yourself for class. Classes close 10 minutes after start time (out of respect for the teacher and other students, students will not be permitted into class after this time).
What to Wear?
Please wear what is most comfortable to you. Most students will find workout clothes such as leggings, bike shorts and a fitted top or t-shirt are the best. Loose fitting shorts are not recommended. All classes are done in bare feet. Refrain from wearing heavy perfume, cologne or scented oils during class, as some people have allergies.
When to Eat?
Since all classes are physical, it is best to practice on a relatively empty stomach. You may want to eat a meal at least two hours before class or a snack at least one hour before class.
What to Bring?
We encourage students to bring their own mat, if you don’t have a mat, no worries, we have one you may borrow. It’s hot here! Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel.
What are your Package and Cancellations Policies?
Single sessions are valid for 30 days after the date of purchase.
Package of 10 classes are valid for 60 days after the client’s first visit.
Package of 5 classes are valid for 45 days after the client’s first visit.
All packages are valid for 6 months after purchase.
All sales are final. Retail merchandise may be exchanged for a different size or color if available/applicable.
Cancellation of special events need a 14 day cancellation period to receive a 50% refund. If weather is a contributing factor to cancellation of a special event (less than 14 days), client will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellation of private and corporate sessions need to be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged the their full rate.
General Policies and Consideration
We are a cell phone free zone.
Please roll your mat out quietly and be prepared to move your mat if necessary to make room for more students in a crowded class.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher if you are pregnant or have any injuries before class.
Please avoid leaving early. If you do need to leave early, let the teacher know before class and do so before savasana begins.
